     A.  Wiess rhymes with peace. 
          My maiden name, Battyanyi, is pronounced Bah-tan-ee.

Do you really read the tarot cards?
     
    
A.  Yes, but usually only read for myself, family and a few friends.

3.  Who is this cat and why is he sitting in a coffee filter?

     A. This is Clover (aka Chloe) and he's as sweet as sunshine until he gets mad. Then, look out.
 
4.   Where did you go to high school?

      A.  I grew up in Milltown, NJ, a small town without a high school so I went to the now-defunct St. Pius X Regional High School in Piscataway.

6.   Were you a good student?

      A.   Er...well, in Creative Writing class I was.

My four favorite smells in the whole entire world are sweetgrass braids, patchouli, pink milkweed flowers and brewing coffee.

On two completely separate occasions -- and not while camping, or on purpose -- I have had field mice hide in my hair. 

I once received a letter addressed to Llama, instead of Laura. I kept it because it cracks me up.

I have fallen down the stairs wearing stilettos and a dress.
